The Canadian Mental Health Association

The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) website: http://www.cmha.ca/, is a place where anyone can find critical information about mental health and how to deal with day-to-day problems that create stress or depression. The website includes features like self-tests to determine if you might be suffering from a mental illness, and information on different events and campaigns that are raising awareness of mental health issues in the workplace.  I highly recommend this site to all employees and managers, for those who may be personally struggling and for those who are looking for strategies on how to better understand these issues and create a healthier and supportive work environment.

The CMHA and Partners for Mental Health have a new campaign on workplace mental health that runs from May 9th to June 6th, entitled “Not Myself Today”. For more information on this campaign, please visit: http://www.notmyselftoday.ca/home
